Crash on Cambridge Asda car park leaves two pedestrians injured just days before Christmas

Two pedestrians were injured after a crash involving a car on an Asda[1] car park – just days before Christmas[2]. Police and paramedics were called to the car park at the Beehive Centre, Coldhams Lane, Cambridge, at about 12.10pm on Saturday, December 23. The incident involved a black Honda Jazz.

One of the pedestrians, a woman from Cambridge, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital while the other, a man in his 70s, suffered minor injuries. A Cambridgeshire[3] Police spokesperson said: “The driver of the Honda Jazz, a man in his 80s, from Cambridge, stayed at the scene and is helping with officers with their inquiries. Anyone with information or dashcam footage should report it[4] through the force website using reference CC-23122023-0244.

Anyone without internet access should call 101.”
