Crash on major south Essex road causes severe delays

Incident – delays from junction 29 A127 to junction 28 A12 due to crash (Image: Newsquest/Canva) A CRASH on a major south Essex road has caused severe delays to commuters due to huge queues of traffic. According to AA Traffic News, there are queues on the M25 from junction 29 A127 (Romford/Basildon) to junction 28 A12 (Brentwood/Brook Street Roundabout).

This is due to a crash on the M25 anticlockwise. There is congestion to a mile before junction 29. As a result, travel time is approximately 60 minutes due to cars being at a standstill.

The incident was first reported at 11pm on Wednesday.
