The car crashed into Care Group Company LLC, and the business owner, Andrea Bond, said she is grateful that no one was inside. "It's the building that we lease.

It's our day program, and we have a business for individuals with intellectual disabilities and we come here in the day and do programs. I'm just so grateful we were gone. I'm sorry that someone lost their life," explained Bond.

Another neighbor, Haley Nother, told us she was in shock when the crash first happened; "I walked out and I heard 'boom, boom, boom' like four times and I was like, 'What's going on?' I saw this huge fire," Nother said. Bond and other neighbors say some of the the building is residential and some of it is used for commercial space. "The second floor are two apartments because it's commercial downstairs.

The second floor apartments, they just put on the market to lease out," Bond told us.

We are working to learn more about the driver in this crash.
