Driver recovers after late-night pickup truck flip in Northeast San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO - A driver is recovering after a wreck that happened late Thursday night on the Northeast side. According to the San Antonio Police Department, the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Perrin Beitel and Briar Glen. Police say that the driver of a pickup truck lost control leading to it flipping over onto its roof.
The man was stuck inside and emergency services were able to rescue him out safely.
The driver had non-life-threatening injuries and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
