Drivers taken to hospital after crash near Dorchester

A red Ford Focus and a white Renault panel van collided on Waddock Drive near Hurst Moreton at around 10.40am on Monday, December 18. Both drivers were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be serious. Officers attended and carried out enquiries at the scene.

Officers investigating the collision near Dorchester are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch. Police Constable Tom Ringer, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “I am continuing to investigate the circumstances of this incident and am keen to hear from anyone who has not yet spoken to police. “I am also appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area with a dashcam fitted to their vehicle to please check the footage for anything of relevance to assist my enquiries.”
