10. One of the persons was reported to potentially be armed, but police determined that a weapon was not involved.

5. Police found him and recovered a box cutter knife. He was found to have numerous outstanding warrants.
He was processed and released to the Holmdel Police Department. A 64-year-old Monroe Township woman was charged with shoplifting for allegedly concealing items worth £45.18 in reusable shopping bags and attempting to leave ShopRite without paying for them Dec.
5. She was charged on a summons.
A 55-year-old Pemberton man was charged with driving under the influence after a police officer saw his car parked in the Wendy's restaurant parking lot on Route 130 with its lights on and the engine running at 2:44 a.m. Dec.
2. He was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.
He was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, refusal to submit to a breath test and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
