Fail-to-stop car crash leaves woman injured in Ferndown
A white Kia Rio crashed into the 60-year-old woman at the crossing for the Turbary roundabout on the A347 Ringwood Road. She suffered non-serious injuries to her legs. The driver initially stopped but left before sharing details.
A 70-year-old woman is attending a voluntary police interview concerning the crash on December 14 at around 10.20am. Police constable Mia Jakeman, of Dorset Police, said: "We are continuing to make enquiries into this incident and I am keen for anyone with information who has not already contacted police to please come forward. "I would urge anyone who was driving in the area with a dashcam fitted to their vehicle to please review their footage for anything that might assist our enquiries."
