Fireworks Reported – And Other Collegedale Police Calls

A citizen reported hearing fireworks in the 10000 block of Sunny Lane. Officers checked the area and heard no fireworks. Officers responded to an alarm in the 4100 block of Barnsley Loop.

Everything checked okay. A theft was reported in the 10200 block of Scenic View Drive. Officers searched the 5600 block of Tucker Road after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle.

The vehicle left the area prior to officer’s arrival. An unknown 911 call came in from the 8800 block of Old Lee Highway. Officers found no signs of an emergency.

Officers received reports of a tree beginning to fall into the road in the 4300 block of University Drive.

Officers removed a deceased dear from the road in the 5700 block of Tallant Road.

A two-vehicle crash involving no injuries was reported in the 5500 block of Little Debbie Parkway.
