Five people have ben arrested in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old who was shot dead in South London[2].
A murder investigation was launched after police found Rico Andrews injured on Shuttleworth Road, near Battersea Park, having been called to reports of gunshots on October 5.
Mr Andrews died at the scene. A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.
Detectives arrested a man, 32, on suspicion of murder on Saturday at a commercial venue in Guildford, Surrey, and taken him into custody. He is being transferred to a custody suite in north west London.
One man, 27, and three women – 31, 33, 38 – were also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
They are also in custody.

Mr Andrew’s next of kin have been updated on this development and continue to be supported by specialist officers.
Detective Chief Inspector Neil John from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command who leads the investigation said: “These arrests mark another significant development in our investigation, but I must reiterate that we still need help for the public.
“I continue to appeal to anyone who was in the area to area and saw events unfold, or anyone who has captured this incident on phone or doorbell footage, to contact police immediately.”
