Gulfport woman dies in fatal wreck on Highway 49 in Stone County

5 hours ago Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a Saturday night crash in Stone County that left one person dead. MHP responded to the crash at 5:30 p.m. on Highway 49.

A Volkswagen driven by 71-year-old Patrick Kilduff of Perkinston was traveling north on Highway 49 when it collided with a Ford driven by 52-year-old Tracy Elaine Davis and with a passenger, 60-year-old Felicia Martin, both of Gulfport, as it entered the highway from Beaver Dam Road.

Martin received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
