Jewellery stolen in Mountsorrel broad daylight burglary
A number of items of jewellery were taken during a daylight burglary in a Leicestershire village last month.[1] Rings, earrings, necklaces and bangles were taken from a home in Mountsorrel on Saturday, November, 4. Charnwood Police said the property on Loughborough Road was broken into between 12:45pm and 2:40pm. The force is appealing for any information from anybody who may recognise the rings.
Detective constable Katie Harris, the investigating officer, said: “I’m appealing for anyone who has seen or been offered these items for sale to get in touch. Also, please cast your mind back. Loughborough Road, Mountsorrel (Image: Google)
“Did you see anyone acting in a manner that seemed unusual or suspicious in the area around the time this occurred?
Anything you’re able to tell me could help.”
