Live: Crash blocks Taunton road with slow moving traffic

A road in Taunton has been left blocked in both directions following a crash this evening (December 3). Traffic is moving slowly on the A358 at Staplegrove. According to traffic monitoring system Inrix, the road is blocked between Manor Road and the A3065 Silk Mills Lane.

Google Maps shows traffic building near Co-Op in Stapleton. Inrix reports: “A358 in both directions blocked, slow traffic due to accident between Manor Road (Staplegrove) and A3065 Silk Mills Lane (Taunton).Sensors clearly indicate that the road is blocked.” This is a live blog.
