Live: Search for Shane Walsh who is wanted by two police forces

Police have urged anyone who sees 31-year-old Shane Walsh to call 999. Walsh, from Cheltenham is wanted by Avon and Somerset Police and Gloucestershire Police in connection with multiple offences. He was last seen in Somerton, Somerset at around 2.30am on Saturday, December 2.

There was a following unconfirmed sighting in Castle Cary at about 3pm the same day. Police understand that a vehicle Walsh was driving crashed on Saturday (December 2) in Barton Road, Keinton Mandeville, “while he was evading police”. He is thought to have fled the scene on foot.

Officers are concerned he may be injured and vulnerable after the crash, which did not involve any other vehicles, Avon and Somerset Police said. He is described as a slim white man, 5ft 6ins tall with brown hair. When last seen he was wearing blue jeans, a blue puffer jacket with a dark tan jacket over the top.
