Live updates: road blocked as fire service deal with NCP car park incident
A road has been closed by police near Liverpool city centre this morning. Emergency services, including officers and fire fighters, are at the NCP car park on Pall Mall, off Leeds Street. The nature of the incident is not yet known, though it is believed that the fire service is dealing with a blaze in the car park.
