M6 Thelwall Viaduct closed following incident

The M6's Thelwall Viaduct is currently shut both ways following the incident. It happened at junction 21, Woolston, on the northbound carriageway but the southbound side has also been closed. A diversion is in place via the exit and entry slip roads.

There are one-and-a-half-hour delays as a result.
