SAN ANTONIO – A major accident on the Eastside left one woman critically injured. The San Antonio Police Department along with the Fire Department responded to a crash near WW White Rd. and IH-10 East around 10:30 p.m. Friday night.

Police share that a 48-year-old woman was driving on the mainlanes of IH-10 toward the WW White exit ramp when she steered sharply for unknown reasons. She then lost control and drove into the grassy median causing her car to roll onto its side. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a seatbelt and was unconscious from the wreck.
