Man allegedly exposed himself to young Lincolnshire victim during web chat

Officers are investigating after a man allegedly exposed himself during a web chat to a secondary school-age victim. Police are appealing for help to identify the man in the image and say it is believed the incident happened at some point between 2002-2007. A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police[1] said: “We appreciate that the image quality is not great, and the timescales given are not specific.

We are hoping to explore more avenues as the investigation progresses now that a report has been made.” DC Luke Dady in the Grantham[2] Protecting Vulnerable Persons (PVP) department, who is leading the investigation, said: “We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously, even if some time has passed since the incident took place. Where we can follow up on lines of enquiry to conduct a thorough investigation, we will do so.”
