Cleveland Police confirmed they were attending a crash on Prince Regent Street in Stockton on Monday (December 11).
They added the road was blocked and advised motorists to seek alternative routes.
The Northern Echo: North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) confirmed they were called to the incident shortly before 11:30am on Dovecot Street. A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Emergency services are on scene dealing with a collision on Prince Regent Street in Stockton.
The road is blocked and motorists are being asked to avoid the area and use alternative routes.

"We dispatched a double crewed ambulance and one patient was transported to North Tees Hospital.2
