Pedestrian injured in hit and run crash in Waterford

Norfolk OPP are investigating a Dec.
2 a hit and run collision that sent a pedestrian to hospital with severe injuries. Article content Officers were sent to Alice Street in Waterford at about 10:55 p.m. to investigate a vehicle-pedestrian collision.
Article content Police subsequently learned that a pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle at about 7:45 p.m. on Dec.
1 while crossing the road. The vehicle, described as a white van, was last seen travelling southbound on St.
James Street. The pedestrian was taken to hospital and treated for severe but non-life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information about the collision is asked to call Norfolk OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
