Pedestrian is seriously injured in Caterham crash as woman is hit by car
A pedestrian has been seriously hurt after being hit by a car in Caterham[1], on Monday, December 3. Officers were called to Burntwood lane, near to the junction with Buxton Lane at around 2pm following reports of a collision between the driver of a Grey Vauxhall Corsa and a pedestrian. A woman in her 70s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Tandridge Beat (Surrey Police[2]) shared an appeal on Facebook, asking anyone who witnesses the accident to come forward. The appeal says: "Were you in the area at the time? We are appealing for anyone with CCTV, Dashcam or helmet cam footage to get in touch.
