Pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries in crash at Warm Springs, Las Vegas Boulevard
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A pedestrian was taken to a hospital with critical injuries after being struck by a car in the south Las Vegas valley Tuesday morning, according to police. The collision was reported around 8:56 a.m. on Las Vegas Boulevard near Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said in a statement. The pedestrian was transported to UMC with life-threatening injuries, LVMPD said, and the driver involved remained on scene.
No details on the circumstances of the crash have been released.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing, and people are asked to avoid the area.
