Police called to crash in St Nicholas Street, Hereford

It happened in St Nicholas Street, near the Victoria Street junction, at around 7.20pm. A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said the crash involved two vehicles, with no injuries or arrests reported. The incident did not affect traffic, and was cleared quickly.

It involved two vehicles, with a woman arrested on suspicion of drink driving. No injuries were reported. Then, also on the A417, this time at around 6.20pm, there was a crash near Hampton Court in Hope-under-Dinmore[2].

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said a vehicle had gone off the road and through a hedge and fencing before leaving the scene.

Officers are now checking CCTV footage to establish the vehicle.

However, the spokesperson said there has found to be no cameras in that part of the road.
