Drug possession LOCK HAVEN — Joshua Grieb, 43, of Lock Haven, was allegedly arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 5 after Lock Haven Police responded to the YMCA for an individual they no longer wished to have on the property. Officers allegedly spoke with Grieb, who retrieved items from the locker room.
