Drug possession LOCK HAVEN — Joshua Grieb, 43, of Lock Haven, was allegedly arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 5 after Lock Haven Police responded to the YMCA for an individual they no longer wished to have on the property. Officers allegedly spoke with Grieb, who retrieved items from the locker room.
After a dispute over a bag, the bag was seized and searched. The bag allegedly contained four hypodermic needles, amphetamines and a powdered combination of fentanyl and heroin, police said. DUI crash
LOCK HAVEN — Christopher Vazquez, 20, of Lock Haven, was arrested for a DUI-related crash, according to Lock Haven Police. On Oct.
14, Vazquez allegedly crashed his vehicle into the Verizon building on Bellefonte Avenue. During the crash investigation, Vazquez allegedly was found to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct LOCK HAVEN — A 15-year-old female, of Williamsport, was arrested for simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on Oct.
29, according to Lock Haven Police. The 15-year-old female allegedly punched a 13-year-old female in the head and neck 16 times and attempted to kick her in the area of South Jones Street and Linden Street, police said. Harassment

31 after she allegedly grabbed a 16-year-old male’s head and hit it off a wall at a residence in the 100 block of Commerce Street, according to Lock Haven Police. Disorderly conduct LOCK HAVEN — James Tomaini, 55, of Lock Haven, and Daniel Vilello, 68, of Beech Creek, were both cited with disorderly conduct on Nov.

and criminal mischief LOCK HAVEN — Brooke Shade, 31, of Lock Haven, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Nov.
11 after engaging in an argument with her neighbor, in the 700 block of Woods Avenue, over a property line dispute, according to Lock Haven Police. Shade allegedly yelled at the neighbor, threatening them and then damaged a chainsaw, a trailer and a rain gutter belonging to the neighbor, police said.
