Recap: M6 updates as carriageway ‘partially blocked’ near A500 D junction after crash

There were queues on the M6 southbound this afternoon after a crash. Traffic was backed-up before J15 for the A500 D. The carriageway was partially blocked, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix.

Traffic camera images showed bumper-to-bumper queues north of the junction. Inrix reported: “M6 Southbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident before J15 A500 D Road (Stoke-On-Trent).” We are working to bring you updates.
