Residents gather as Horwich town centre lights up for festive season

Residents of Horwich[1] gathered in the town centre last night to watch the Christmas light switch on, hosted by Mayor of Horwich, Councillor David Grant.

A carol service was held before the switching on which was led by Reverend Michael Behrend and the crowd came together to sing Hark the Herald Angels Sing, While Shepherds watched their flocks by Night and O come all ye Faithful.
