Spate of car crashes on Herefordshire roads continues

The most serious happened in Allensmore near Hereford, when one woman died. Another serious crash was on the M50 near Ross-on-Wye when a minibus left the motorway and went down an embankment, leaving six people injured. The Allensmore crash was at around 11am on Sunday (December 17), while the other happened at 12.36pm on Saturday (December 16).

The Hereford Times understands that there were no casualties in these crashes, except for the Much Birch crash where one woman was taken to Hereford County Hospital.

Last week, we reported that a spate of crashes[1] had left 15 people injured on Herefordshire roads.

West Mercia Police had urged people to be extra vigilant when out on the roads, telling drivers to drive to the conditions, and taking extra care.
