Speaker and boxes of vapes worth £500 stolen as burglars target Louth shop twice in one week

Police are appealing for information after boxes of vapes worth GBP500 were stolen from a Louth[1] shop during a burglary. Overnight on Monday, a shop window was smashed at the Mobi Repair Spot shop on Eastgate, and multiple boxes of vapes with a value of GBP500 stolen. The incident follows the window also being smashed on Friday, December 8, after which a speaker on display was stolen from the premises.

Lincolnshire Police[2] are now appealing for anyone who may have been offered vapes or speaker equipment, or for those with dashcam or CCTV footage, to get in touch. A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: "We are appealing for information following a burglary at Mobi Repair Spot, Eastgate, Louth. "Overnight on 11 December, the shop window was smashed and multiple boxes of vapes were taken, with a total value of GBP500.

The window was also smashed on Friday, 8 December, and a speaker was taken which was on display.

"We would like to hear from anyone who may have been offered vapes or speaker equipment who might have information.

"We are also appealing for anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage to contact PC Georgina Craven by emailing [email protected][3] or calling 101 and quoting incident 108 of 11 December."
