Traffic delays after crash blocks road near retail park and Beggars Bush
Three cars have collided outside the Princess Alice Retail Park in Sutton Coldfield[1]. The vehicles crashed on Chester Road North around 2pm on Friday (Dec 29). Police are on the scene and no one is said to be ‘seriously injured’.
Drivers were said to be out of their cars. The incident has led to congestion around the shopping centre and Beggars Bush. Police are said to be directing traffic.
This is the second RTC in the area. Earlier on Friday, the Kings Road was briefly closed due to a crash near to the Beggars Bush junction. It was later reopened.
We have approached West Midlands Police[3] for comment.
