Traffic delays as Wargrave Road, Newton-le-Willows closed after crash

Traffic feeds report that Wargrave Road in Newton-le-Willows is closed in both directions following an "accident". This happened between Victoria Road and Brookfield Street. There are traffic delays in the area.
