TRAVEL ALERT – Heavy delays on M42 from Junction 3 (Portway) and M40 due to crash

ALL lanes are now open on the M42 between Junction 3 (Portway) and 3A (Hockley Heath).

Lane one of the motorway’s southbound carriageway was closed because of the smash.

The emergency services attended the incident and there was three miles of congestion.

Traffic is now moving again but waiting times of up to 30 minutes are still being experienced.
