Truck driver indicted on charges stemming from double fatal motorcycle crash
NASHUA -- George Palazzo Jr., the Nashua man accused of causing the fiery crash last September on the Daniel Webster Highway that claimed the lives of a motorcyclist and his passenger, has been indicted on four charges stemming from the crash.
Palazzo, 53, was initially charged with one count of aggravated driving under the influence -- collision with serious injury resulting, but the December grand jury for Hillsborough County Superior Court Southern Division returned indictments with upgraded charges.
