Updates as Smithdown Road closed due to police incident

Smithdown Road has been closed due to a police incident. Buses and cars are unable to travel down the blocked road and pedestrians are being turned away. Traffic site Inrix is reporting that the road has been closed due to an accident between Tunnel Road and Toxteth Park Cemetery.
