Wales budget: What does it mean for you?
The Welsh government has announced its spending plans for the coming year, which will see cuts to almost every area except health.
Pubs, shops and restaurants will see their business rates go up[1] and arts and sports organisations will have their funding cut.
Meanwhile, councils have warned there will likely be council tax hikes across the country.
