WATCH: Catastrophic damage after head-on crash leads to driver jailed

The cars after the crash (Image: TVP) A DRIVER has been jailed after a dangerous overtake, leaving a victim seriously injured, in Chipping Norton. Jason Zibarras, of Oxford[1] Road, Enstone, was sentenced to a year and a half in prison in a hearing at Oxford Crown Court on Friday (December 22/12) and has been banned from driving for three years.

On 26 January last year, Zibarras, 50, was driving a Porsche Taycan at high speed along the A3400 near Chipping Norton when he overtook another vehicle on a solid white line at the crest of a hill, resulting in him colliding with a Volvo v50 and Renault Capture.
