Woman dies in multi-vehicle crash near Hereford

A woman has died after a multi-vehicle crash near Hereford[1] that took place on Sunday morning (December 17). West Mercia Police said the crash happened on the A465 at Allensmore at around 11am. The collision involved a black Mini, a blue Ford Transit van and HGV tanker.[2] The driver of the Mini, a 62-year-old woman, died at the scene.

Police are now appealing for information about the crash. They are asking witnesses or anyone with relevant dash-cam footage to come forward.

West Mercia Police said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or have dash-cam footage of it.

“Anyone with information or footage is asked to contact Sergeant Liam Bennett, Serious Collision Investigation Unit South [email protected][5] quoting incident number 154i of 17 December 2023.”
