Woman in her 70s dies after 5 vehicle crash in Henley
Police confirmed the woman died in hospital and her family are being supported by specially trained officers. A black Mercedes E220 was travelling on the A4130 Henley Road at Rose Hill, away from Remenham Hill, at around 4.15pm on November 3 when it was involved in a collision with a white Mercedes GLC, a black Honda Civic, a grey Audi A1 and a Volvo XC90. A man in his 30s was seriously injured and taken to hospital at the same time.
He has since been discharged. Investigating officer, Detective Constable Joy Jarvis, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the woman’s family and friends at this difficult time. “We are continuing to investigate this collision and I would re-appeal to anyone who may have witnessed what happened or who has dash-cam that may help our investigation, to please come forward.
