Worcester woman dies in single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning

Multiple fire and police departments responded to the scene of an early Saturday morning crash that took the life of a Worcester County woman. Here’s what we know happened in the incident. At 4:13 a.m.

Saturday, Dec.

16, 2023, a single vehicle crash was reported on Saint Lukes Road between Route 12 and Cardinal Lane. A 2010 Jeep Wrangler operated by Wyatt Lowman, 19, of Salisbury left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a ditch and utility pole. Lowman was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma by MSP Aviation. where he was reported to be in stable condition.

Allison Milburn, 20, of Stockton was a passenger in the vehicle and was pronounced dead on the scene. A third passenger was transported by ground ambulance to TidalHealth. Pedestrian injured in crash dies: UPDATE: Pedestrian dies of injuries sustained in Wicomico hit-and-run collision[1]

Fatalities in Md.: Fatal vehicle accidents in Maryland: Eastern Shore, statewide 2023 numbers and causes[2] The Snow Hill and Salisbury fire departments, and Snow Hill, Ocean City and Berlin police departments all responded to the accident. The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit has assumed the investigation.
