67-year-old woman dies following crash in Westminster

WESTMINSTER, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) said one person is dead after a crash involving a dump truck on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Highway Patrol, the crash happened at around 1:22 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 11 and Armstrong Road.

Troopers said a 2020 Ford vehicle was traveling west on Armstrong Road when it collided with a dump truck that was traveling north on Highway 11.

The Oconee County Coroner's Office said the victim was a 67-year-old woman.
