Appeal after girl, 12, injured in hit-and-run
A 12-year-old girl has been injured in a suspected hit-and-run crash on a zebra crossing in Wolverhampton.
The girl was struck by a car which failed to stop on Bridgnorth Road, Compton, at about 14:15 GMT on Monday, West Midlands Police said.
She was checked by paramedics and her injuries are not thought to be serious.
The car did not remain at the scene, police added.
