Baton Rouge man sought in theft of Entergy truck, wire, propane
Gonzales Police officers were looking Saturday for a Baton Rouge man accused of stealing an Entergy work truck, electrical wire, propane tanks and other equipment. Kelly Philander Webb, 57, broke into an Entergy lot at 1619 S. Burnside Ave. in Gonzales on the night of Dec.
26, officers said in a statement Saturday.
He stole multiple spools of wire and equipment and then drove off with the materials in one of the utility’s trucks, officers said.

The next morning, Webb, of the 2400 block of Gardere Lane, drove up in the stolen Entergy truck to the Marathon gas station near the Cabela’s retail complex along La.
30 and drove off with 14 propane tanks.
