Commercial vehicle crash disrupts Route 16 traffic in Dover
DOVER — A commercial dump truck veered off Route 16 Northbound near exit 9 on Jan.
15, leading to traffic delays as authorities responded to the incident. Cartmill reported soreness following the accident and was treated at a local urgent care facility.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash.
