Corfe Castle: Three cars collide on icy road near golf club

Police officers were called to the incident on the B3351 near the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club which saw the road closed for nearly three hours as recovery of the vehicles was arranged. A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 5.39pm on Tuesday, January 9 2023 of a three-vehicle collision on the B3351 between Corfe Castle and Studland. “Officers attended, there were no reports of any injuries.

“Road closures were put in place and the local authority was notified due to reports of ice on the road.

“Recovery was arranged and officers left the scene at around 9pm.”
