CSI on scene as police guard building on Cleethorpe Road
A cannabis grow of around 150 plants has been discovered in Grimsby[1]. Police were called to Cleethorpe Road at around 5pm on Tuesday following the discovery of a suspected cannabis grow at a premises on the street. Upon arrival, officers made the discovery.
A scene guard remains in place and Crime Scene investigators are currently at the scene whilst the plants are seized from the property. An investigation has been launched to identify the people involved. A spokesperson for Humberside Police[2] said: “Officers are currently in attendance on Cleethorpe Road in Grimsby following the discovery of a cannabis grow at a premises yesterday (Tuesday 16 January).
“We were called at around 5pm to reports of a suspected cannabis grow, and upon entering the premises, officers discovered a cannabis grow of approximately 150 plants.

“A scene guard is in place and Crime Scene Investigators remain on scene whilst the plants are seized, and our enquiries are ongoing to identify those involved.
