A self-proclaimed ‘sovereign citizen’ filmed the moment she launched into a bizarre tirade after she was pulled over by police for a second time.
Chloe Fisher was pulled over by Victorian officers after displaying fake number plates on her unregistered vehicle.
The incident marks the second time in a year Ms Fisher was pulled over for not displaying the right plates after she was stopped near Gundagai, in rural NSW[2], in January 2023.
Ms Fisher shared video of the latest incident to YouTube[3] with the video that showed her calling officers ‘fraudulent’, referring to one as ‘baldy’ and claiming there was no such thing as an Australian state.
In the video description she admitted driving her vehicle unregistered for eight months and having just put back on the unofficial ‘Sovereign’ plates.
Self-proclaimed ‘sovereign citizen’ Chloe Fisher has had another run-in with police over her unofficial licence plates
On this occasion when she saw a highway patrol vehicle flashing lights at her Ms Fisher continued to drive.
‘I don’t feel the need to pull over there’s no emergency, so I’m waving him on,’ she said.
The officer pulled alongside and yelled at her to stop.
‘There’s no emergency I am not in need of any assistance,’ Ms Fisher called out.
‘What happens to be the emergency?’
‘You,’ the officer replied.
When Ms Fisher eventually pulled over she told the officer: ‘I thought you guys were on strike’.
‘Not now,’ the officer responded.
When asked whether she was registered to drive in Victoria Ms Fisher stated there were no Australian states, just ‘Terra Australis’.
After inspecting the vehicle the officer told Ms Fisher that her ‘Sovereign’ plates were false.
‘Well, they’re private plates, nothing false about them,’ she replied.
‘What’s false is Victoria Police with an ABN to overseas, you guys are the fraudulent ones.’
After being informed she will be served an infringement, Ms Fisher said: ‘That’s fine, I’ve already got them’.
‘Actually, I’m on YouTube because I went viral for this a year ago. So woo!’
Ms Fisher at first refused to stop, telling police there was no emergency and trying to wave them on
‘Unfortunately, you guys are the ones who sped to catch up with me and there’s no emergency.’
As the officer terminated the conversation Ms Fisher yelled out: ‘No worries, baldy’.
Another police car pulled up and the officers conferred while Ms Fisher rambled at the camera claiming officers worked for a ‘fraudulent corporation’ before saying she was ‘so sick of being f***ing harassed’.
She also offered unflattering assessments of the officers’ personal appearance.
‘You’re actually a really pathetic-looking policeman,’ she said, accusing one officer of having bad teeth like a drug addict.
‘Look at this guy he needs to go on a diet,’ she commented about another officer.
‘I’m a bit brutal but we’re truth seekers. I seek the truth so I am not going to lie to him and say, “F*** you got a great bod’.
An officer breathalysed Ms Fisher before explaining she was being given infringements for driving an unregistered vehicle and displaying plates that were not issued for that vehicle.
‘Are you guys ready to be charged with crimes against humanity?
Fraud?
Genocide?’ Ms Fisher responded.
As the officer gave her the infringement notice Ms Fisher told him to ‘post it’ while insisting she wanted ‘no contract’.
Ms Fisher tried to wind up the window but was too slow and the officer managed to slide the notice into the vehicle.
‘They got me,’ she told the camera. ‘I don’t want to touch it.’
The ‘Sovereign’ number plate that caused Ms Fisher to have a run-in with NSW police
After finding some loose paper she used it as a makeshift glove and pushed the notice out of the window.
‘You can’t drive from here,’ one of the officers shouted at Ms Fisher.
As the infringement fluttered away Ms Fisher addressed the camera
‘I’m just going to leave them (the police) on the side of the road,’ she said.
While keeping an eye on her mirrors to make sure the police were chasing, Ms Fisher insisted she ‘didn’t touch the notice’.
‘I didn’t touch it, I didn’t contract, it blew out of my window and I f***ing drove off and they drove off too,’ she said.
‘(Let’s) see what happens.’
