Flurries likely Sunday, risk of frostbite overnight into Monday

It’s a cold day in Windsor-Essex. There’s a chance of flurries Sunday with a wind chill near minus 23. The temperature will continue to fall overnight into Monday, with a risk of frostbite.

The cold blast will last till about Tuesday before temperatures begin to warm up slightly.
