Former trooper denied bail after indictment for deadly OVI crash in Southington

Yuran, a retired Pennsylvania State Trooper, was arrested after a November 17th crash in Southington.

State Troopers say Yuran’s pickup truck ran a stop sign at the intersection of US 422 and State Route 305 in Southington colliding with a Chevy Malibu, killing the driver 23-year-old Tyler Richmond of Warren.
