Live A1 traffic updates as crash partially blocks road near Peterborough
A crash took place on the A1(M) eastbound in Cambridgeshire this morning (January 13). The incident was first reported by traffic monitoring site INRIX at around 9am. One lane was closed from J17 A1 Great North Road in Peterborough to J16 A15 London Road in Yaxley.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area and plan their journeys accordingly. Emergency services, including police, arrived on the scene to recover the vehicle involved. The lane eventually reopened later in the day.
