Live A246 traffic updates after accident closes road in Surrey village
The A246 Guildford Road in East Horsley has been closed in both directions after an accident today (Sunday, January 7). The incident was first reported shortly after 10.15am and the road has been blocked since. The crash is understood to have happened between Outdowns and Green Dene.
Drivers have warned of heavy traffic in the area. There appears to have been a knock-on impact in Effingham and West Horsley, according to traffic maps from the AA. Travel service Inrix said: “A246 Guildford[1] Road in both directions closed, heavy traffic due to accident between Outdowns and Green Dene.”
