Live: A4 crash near Bath blocks busy road both ways

The A4 near Bath is blocked in both directions following a crash. Traffic is queuing on the A4 Box Road between the Batheaston turn off and the garden centre, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix. Google Maps reports delays in both directions from the roundabout to Bathford Nurseries.

The crash was initially reported at around 11.30am today (January 9) Inrix reports: "A4 Box Road in both directions blocked, queueing traffic due to accident between Batheaston turn off and The Garden Centre." This is a live blog.
