Live: Crash blocks A386 in both directions causing long delays

A crash at Yelverton has left a key route blocked in and out of Plymouth this evening (January 16). The A386 is reportedly blocked in both directions near Yelverton Rock. Long delays have been reported along the busy road, with congested traffic both towards Plymouth and towards Yelverton.

The collision has reportedly involved two vehicles. Traffic monitor Inrix reports: “A386 in both directions blocked, delays due to accident, two vehicles involved between Crapstone turn off and The Texaco Station.” This is a live blog.
